Change in the publishing time of the Innofactor Annual Report

Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release March 14, 2011, at 14:00 Finnish time

Unlike previously stated, Innofactor Plc will publish the Annual Report for 2010 already on week 11. The time stated previously was week 13.

Changing the publishing time to an earlier date is due to the report submitted to NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on fulfilling the prerequisites of listing and the application for admitting the new shares to public trading, as stated in the stock exchange release of March 11, 2011. Related to this, a new Prospectus will also be published and the Annual Report will be included as a reference in it.
