Innofactor was selected to deliver a document and case management system for the Parish Union of Helsinki

Innofactor Plc's subsidiary Innofactor Software Oy was selected in a public procurement procedure to deliver a comprehensive document and case management system for the Parish Union of Helsinki. The delivery includes the licenses and delivery of a document and case management system and the services related to its implementation, support, maintenance and development. The value of the contract is approximately EUR 660,000.

The procurement is related to the project the Parish Union of Helsinki started in autumn 2010 to develop electronic case management. During the project, the case management systems will be renewed, so that documents can be produced, managed and stored electronically in a reliable manner. The goal is to use a single system to manage the matters and documents related to the official decision-making as well as other working material, such as documents for projects and work groups.

According to the implementation plan, the procurement is divided into two main stages with the first stage ending at the end of 2012 and the second at the end of 2014.

The Parish Union of Helsinki consists of 21 parishes and the Parish Union, which is responsible for common functions and administration. The Helsinki parishes employ about 1,400 persons and have over 100 offices in the metropolitan area.

This transaction strengthens Innofactor's position as a provider for the parish sector in Finland. The solution is based on the Microsoft SharePoint platform, which belongs to Innofactor's core competence.
