Innofactor starts co-operation negotiations in its SharePoint Solutions unit

Innofactor Plc’s subsidiary Innofactor Software Ltd starts co-operation negotiations in order to improve the profitability. The negotiations will concern the personnel of Innofactor’s SharePoint Solutions unit. If realized, the actions under consideration may lead to layoffs of maximum of nine employees or fixed-term layoff of all the unit’s personnel for 90 days at the most.
