Innofactor achieves Microsoft Project and Portfolio Management Gold Competence

At the beginning of 2013, Innofactor gained a new business area, Project and Portfolio Management Systems (PPM), in a business acquisition. The personnel of the new business area reached the Silver level competence in the Microsoft partner program in mid-January, and now the competence has been updated to the Gold level.

Reaching the Gold level requires a certain number of highly trained and certified persons, who have passed Microsoft's technical and sales tests and have implemented successful project deliveries to customers.

"We are very pleased to have reached the Gold level competence. This is an indication of our strong know-how on Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint," says Ville Vakkilainen, Director of the Project and Portfolio Management business. "Reaching the goal we set at the beginning of the year shows long-term work and commitment. I am very excited about our achievement and especially about how quickly after reaching the Silver competence we got the Gold level competence."

With the different competences, Microsoft partners can show their know-how and specialization on different solution areas. The Microsoft Partner Program was renewed at the end of 2012, when some competences were combined. Currently Innofactor has seven Gold level competences.
