Sentica Kasvurahasto II Ky's ownership of Innofactor Plc votes and shares has exceeded one tenth (10 percent) due to the subscription of the share in the directed issue in accordance of the resolution of the Board of Directors of Innofactor Plc on June 6, 2013.

Sentica Kasvurahasto II Ky; 3,539,189 shares, 10.07 % of shares and votes.
