Innofactor Plc new 1,244,685 issued shares have been registered in the Trade Register on January 9, 2014. On December 31, 2013, Innofactor Plc published a Stock Exchange release related to the Innofactor Plc payment of the first part of the purchase price of Enabling Holding ApS using these new shares.

After registration, Innofactor Plc has a total of 32,153,737 shares.
