Innofactor re-evaluates the outlook on 2015

Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release December 22, 2015, at 08:35 Finnish time

Innofactor’s net sales and operating profit before depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) were expected earlier to grow from previous year 2014, when the net sales was EUR 43.8 million and EBITDA EUR 3.8 million.

Innofactor’s net sales forecast for 2015 will not be changed. Innofactor’s EBITDA is expected now probably to remain below the previous year’s EBITDA of EUR 3.8 million.

Bigger transaction costs than expected regarding the acquisition of Cinteros AB, that we published today, are allocated to the fourth quarter 2015. In addition, revenue recognition of significant licenses already purchased by customer that was initially expected to be allocated to December 2015 will be moved to year 2016.
