Innofactor Renews Group Executive Board, Appoints Jari Hahl as CSO and Jørgen Krog Kaufmann as Managing Director, Innofactor Denmark

ESPOO, Finland – 13 January 2016 – Innofactor (NASDAQ OMX Helsinki: IFA) has appointed two new members to Group Executive Board. Jari Hahl joins Innofactor as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Jørgen Krog Kaufmann as Managing Director, Innofactor Denmark.

Jari Hahl has been appointed to the new Chief Sales Officer role. He will start in his new position on February 1, 2016. Hahl will report to CEO Sami Ensio, and be a member of the Group Executive Board. For the last 14 years, he has worked in Microsoft Finland as a member of the management team, first with responsibility for leading the consultancy and support services, and most recently as Director for enterprise sales. Hahl has strong experience from the IT industry, as before Microsoft he worked as a Director in Novo Group and as a Systems Architect in SP-palvelut, which is the IT company for a banking group in Finland.

Jørgen Krog Kaufmann has been appointed as Managing Director, Innofactor Denmark. Krog Kaufmann has a wide experience in international sales and service management from running his own business in the Nordic region and executive roles at IBM, HP and latest at IHS working across EMEA.
