The Housing Finance and Development Centre of Finland (ARA) is responsible for implementing the state's housing policy by granting subsidies, support and guarantees related to housing and construction, and by guiding and supervising the use of the ARA housing stock. ARA, which belongs to the administrative branch of the Ministry of the Environment, is also involved in projects related to housing development and housing market expertise, and produces information services for the sector.
ARA's mission is to promote socially and ecologically sustainable housing, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity for good living.
Innofactor has initiated an Azure Open AI Proof of Concept (PoC) project with ARA. As part of this project, the Chat GPT 4.0 solution is now deployed within ARA's Valtori Azure environment. ARA is currently evaluating the capabilities of this solution in addressing housing rights issues through its customer service, using ARA's own resources and materials.
The solution accesses information exclusively from ARA's internal guidance materials through the Azure Open AI GPT language model. It does not involve the sharing of any proprietary information or data generated in customer service beyond the organization. Furthermore, this secure solution can be seamlessly expanded to incorporate additional data sources when necessary. Throughout the PoC phase, the solution will be continually refined based on ARA's user feedback and experiences.
The following solutions and services, among others, are part of the overall solution implemented for ARA:
