Digita is a network operator specializing in wireless communication networks, managing Finland's terrestrial radio, TV, and mobile TV networks, including transmission stations and masts. Digita's customers include TV and radio broadcasters as well as mobile and broadband operators.

The company's mission is both critical and unique: ensuring national safety by guaranteeing the delivery of images, sound, and information to residents across Finland, under all conditions.

Audit provides insight into the current state of the HR solution and customer needs

Innofactor conducted an audit of the HR planning solution built in Digita's Jedox environment in close collaboration with Digita's experts. The audit was necessary because the existing solution was unstable and unable to fully support personnel budgeting, limiting the potential of Jedox's HR planning capabilities.

The audit served two main purposes: to assess the current state of the Jedox HR planning solution and to identify the customer's requirements for future functionalities. Additionally, from Innofactor's perspective, the goal was to provide actionable recommendations to enhance the Jedox HR planning solution and better meet Digita's needs.

Collaboration continues from audit to implementation
