A change in strategy created the need for support for Managed Services
Support for Managed Services as part of a data warehouse and reporting solution is one example of the years-long co-operation between Invenco (now part of Innofactor) and Fira.
The need for support for Managed Services emerged from a strategic change implemented by Fira several years ago, which involved a shift in focus toward customer-driven service business development. Business intelligence and a reporting platform play an important role in the shift in focus. The scope of the Managed Services includes Fira's solution built on Microsoft products, including both data warehouse and reporting solutions. The agreement also covers small-scale development.
