Tabella provides a modern financial planning environment for Sarastia

The new solution allows Sarastia to produce more reliable and precise data to support enterprise resource planning and better decisions

Customer story: Sarastia

Sarastia is a publicly owned financial and HR management company that provides its customers with high-quality and efficient financial and HR management services, including accounting, invoicing and reporting. Sarastia also assists its customers with management when data is needed to support decision-making. Examples of the company's customers include municipalities, joint municipal authorities, and limited liability companies owned by counties and municipalities.

Sarastia was established in May 2019 as the result of a merger between KuntaPro and Taitoa. Today, Sarastia operates in 18 counties and employs over 900 professionals.

Tabella replaced an outdated financial planning system

Sarastia needed a solution that would enable it to produce reliable and precise data to support more effective enterprise resource planning and better decisions. Invenco (now part of Innofactor) proposed Tabella Business Tools software as the solution, as it is a cost-effective and ready-to-use system designed for the purpose of modernizing an organization's reporting, planning and accounting activities. Invenco and Sarastia have complementary strengths that came together in this project: Invenco has extensive experience with Tabella deployment projects, while Sarastia has robust subject-matter expertise in the local government sector.

Sarastia uses the new Tabella solution to produce financial planning services for its customers. The customers obtain access to the service through Sarastia.

Invenco is now part of Innofactor

On June 30, 2022, Innofactor acquired the entire share capital of Invenco Oy, a privately owned company specializing in data solutions. As of July 1, 2022, Invenco Oy's name was changed to Innofactor Invenco Oy. Invenco's employees continue their work with the new company. The roles and duties of Invenco's experts remained unchanged.
