Last year Profisee, a leading MDM software company, conducted a survey around MDM. One of the central questions were about the biggest challenges on getting started with a MDM. The survey showed two main learnings:
- Building a Business Case and getting the commitment from the business was difficult.
- Establishing the MDM organization and governance around MDM (including organization, roles and responsibilities) was seen as a hard task.
