Innofactor has successfully completed external audits and is transitioning to the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard

Innofactor has successfully completed the external audits conducted from November 11 to 14, 2024.

The audits carried out by Kiwa Inspecta covered all of our systems: ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 13485:2016, and AQAP-2110. The audits focused on various aspects related to quality and information security across multiple projects.

The management system was found to be effective and compliant with the standards within the scope of the audit.

One of the key highlights was the ISO/IEC 27001 surveillance audit, which included a version transition audit. The version transition audit confirmed that the transition of the ISMS to the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard had been carried out effectively. The ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard is an updated version of the previous ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard. The update brings new requirements and improvements related to information security management.

Kiwa recommends issuing the certificate according to the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard. This significant achievement highlights our commitment to information security and continuous improvement. The certificate covers a wide range of requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational information.

The certification as well as other Innofactor's certificates are now available on Innofactor's website's Quality Promise and Certificates section. 

The audits produced several improvement suggestions, which we will consider to further enhance our operations. We are proud to report no deviations were found.
